If you have recently lost a loved one, we would be honoured to be involved in their funeral service.

The usual process for funeral requests is to get in contact through an Undertaker, who will be in touch with the church on your behalf.

If you are struggling personally with loss, and would like to meet with someone for prayer, please do get in touch with the church office: office@stlukescheltenham.org.uk

Alternatively, we run a course, ‘living with loss,’ which is a space for support and understanding, as well as a chance to discuss and process your loss. You can find out more here.

If you are wanting to get married at St Luke’s, the first thing to do is contact our church office.

Next steps will include meeting with the Vicar to both plan your special day. We also invite couples to participate in our marriage preparation sessions together.

Church weddings are joyful occasions which show the sacred nature of marriage as a covenant. We look forward to connecting with you.

Infant baptism

Baptism of your child (often called a Christening) signifies the inclusion of the child into the church, and the commitment of parents to raise their child in the Christian faith. If you want to have your child baptised, please get in touch. One of our team will then meet with you to discuss the meaning of baptism and what it means for you family, as well as all the logistics. 

Believer’s baptism

Baptism of a young person or adult is an expression of personal faith and commitment to following Jesus. If you would like to discuss being baptised at St Luke’s, please do get in touch. We will meet with you to explore to significance of baptism and your faith journey.
