Baptisms

At St Lukes, we believe that Baptism is a sign of God’s covenant to us. It is a visible sign of God’s grace to us. Baptism signifies belonging in God’s holy Church.

Infant baptism

Baptism of your child (often called a Christening) signifies the inclusion of the child into the church, and the commitment of parents to raise their child in the Christian faith. One of our team will then meet with you to discuss the meaning of baptism and what it means for you family, as well as all the logistics.

Believer’s baptism
